If I do MSc Finance (1 year) from USA, Would I be eligible to work in the country

If I do MSc Finance (1 year) from USA, Would I be eligible to work in the country?
I am an Asian residing in Asia without any legal right to stay in USA. I could go to USA only on student visa.

As long as you are here with a visa, you can work. If you are not legally here, than technically you can not.
