Doesn't really matter, you will learn the same things, more or less. The most important thing is to do it at a top school. Certain subfields of finance (the most lucrative ones) are very biased when it comes to hiring and generally require a top school on the resume.

Help! Post Graduate Studies Dilemma (Masters)
Help! Post Graduate Studies Dilemma (Masters)?
Hi there. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems from my home country of Malaysia. I wouldn't call it a mistake but after almost four years of soul searching, I have come to the conclusion that IT is not my cup of tea and I am now seriously pondering a change in career. My options are: i) Master of Accounting (MAcc), ii) Master of Science in Finance (MSc), iii) MBA with concentration in either Accounting or Finance, iv) Master of Science in both Accounting & Finance. Considering the fact that I haven't got a pure Finance/Accounting background, which option should I really pursue? Secondly, I am torn between doing my Masters in the US or the UK, as graduate programs in both countries differ a great deal in terms of syllabus and subjects offered. Being an international student I would prefer a program which is recognised worldwide should I decide to try my luck in exotic places like Dubai/Shanghai etc as an expat later in my career. Many thanks. :)

Since you are from a country which has ties to the European Union, you should stay within the same sphere. Therefore, you can expand your choices beyond the U.K. in Europe and forget the U.S.A.

You could do a search on "MS degree in finance" or whatever, or consult a guidebook for graduate programs, either printed or on line. Are you sure you'd need a Master's degree? If you already have experience, you may not - or you could work on it part-time while you work in the field, perhaps.

i don't know anyone that gets gifted educational benefits. perhaps a company may have a tuition reimbursement program for employees ? does the school have finance advisors for students ? maybe utilize that . their role should be to help students find a source of funds ... probably combination of grants/ scholarships / loans to make up the cost of tuitions / room boards.
